Equipment configuration and technical parameters

1. Usage: Specially suitable for twisting bare stranded wires, tinned wires, copper clad aluminum, enameled wires, alloy wires, and other twisted wires.

2. Paying off: using spools Φ 160-200mm precision dynamic disc wire laying, eccentric wheel rod type automatic tension adjustment, mechanical contact detection, automatic stop for wire breakage. (Not included in the quotation for optional parts)

3. Reel: Φ 500 * 300 * 56mm.

4. Wire diameter: Φ 0.05-0.45mm.

5. Twist pitch: The suitable range for twist pitch is 4.22-39.64mm, which can be customized according to user requirements and set by changing gears.

6. Stranding area: Max: 2.0mm2.

7. Unloading method: manual hydraulic lifting.

8. Spindle speed: 3000 rpm (or 6000 torque).

9. Machine body: Made of high-quality A3 steel plate welded and strictly processed after annealing according to process requirements, ensuring long-term deformation.

10. Rotation structure: The spindle rotation adopts our company's latest technological achievements, combined with a special layout and lubrication of the spindle bearings, to ensure that the internal friction temperature and noise of the machine body and bearings are reduced during high-speed operation, greatly improving the service life of the bearings. The rotation is strictly processed by precision dynamic balance correction to ensure stable operation and meet the requirements of quickly improving production efficiency.
