A. Usage:

Mainly used for twisting and filling covered wires such as PVC and PE core wires, power cables, computer cables, etc.

B. Main technical parameters:

1. Size of winding shaft: Φ 630mm.

2. Size of supply spool: Φ 630mm.

3. Cable rack: 10 heads, 1 double row horizontal passive cable rack.

4. Applicable wire diameter: 0.5-4.0mm2.

5. Twisted wire diameter: Max Φ 10mm.

6. Twist pitch: 10mm-150mm can be customized according to user requirements, and can be set by changing gears.

7. Main body speed: Up to 1800 rpm (3600 pitches).

8. Brake: Adopting electromagnetic brake, and then setting the brake function through the motor. The braking system can automatically adjust the amount of braking force based on the speed of the engine.

9. Wiring method: imitating the German polished rod bearing type wiring device, with adjustable spacing and synchronous belt transmission.

10. Twisting direction: Choose any "S" or "Z" type.
